We believe prayer and the prophetic is an essential part of growing and developing a passion for Jesus and His purposes in the earth. Prayer is a way we connect with the Father’s heart and see His Kingdom released.

Prayer Gatherings

There's something powerful that happens when we gather together in groups to seek God and ask Him to move in the world around us. We meet in several different types of gatherings to pray together.

Sunday morning 8–8:45am (in sanctuary)
We’re “building the fire” and preparing for the worship service with staff and those serving in worship, preaching, tech/projection, and announcements. We go over the Sunday service plan and pray over all elements of the service.

Sunday morning 9–9:45am (in back office)
We’re centering our hearts in thanksgiving and anchoring our prayers in what we hear from God and joining Him in interceding for the service.

Wednesday morning on Zoom from 6–6:30am with Antioch New England
We have a time of thanksgiving, Scripture-based response and worship, and an intercession time for a rotation of topics each week: ANE churches, nations and our missionaries, lost and our cities, unity and justice-related topics, and leaving room to be led by the Spirit depending on current events as well.

Friday morning on Zoom from 6–7am
This is our one hour slot for our greater Antioch movement’s 24/7 prayer initiative. We will anchor on the theme of “Abide”. We will start with stillness/centering/thanksgiving and then have a time of practicing abiding in God’s presence through contemplative practices such as Lectio Divina and then spend the last portion interceding for the greater Antioch community of churches, including Antioch New England and Waltham.
